How does the minimum monthly spend work?
You pay the commission on what you actually spend. Each tier has a minimum monthly spend: if you spend less than it in a month, you're billed as if you'd hit the minimum. Example on Meta XL (4%, €7,500 minimum): spend €10,000 and you pay €400. Spend €5,000 and you pay €300.
Am I locked into a contract?
No. Billing is month to month, and you can cancel, downgrade or upgrade any time.
What happens if my account gets suspended?
We appeal through supplier channels, high-risk tiers M and up include free replacement accounts, and the 30-day refund guarantee returns unspent budget.
